Gary Williams
Pancreatitis led Gary Williams to admit to Northwest Texas Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, once medically stable, Gary was still in need of extended hospitalization, requiring TPN for nutrition and a lengthy course of IV antibiotics.
His physicians referred him to post-acute care, and Gary requested Vibra Hospital of Amarillo, a critical care hospital. Gary had previously been a patient at Vibra and had a positive experience. Having received excellent care before, Gary knew Vibra was the right choice for his recovery.
“The nursing and therapy staff are excellent,” Gary said, reflecting on his second stay at Vibra. “The staff is knowledgable and able to meet complex medical needs. Karem and Mary with the therapy department were kind and provided great care.”
Returning to the long-term care facility he resides in motivated Gary to work hard on his recovery. Gary discharged from Vibra having regained some of his ability to walk and filled with gratitude for the care he received during his stay.
